Our Story
Bakal is a national restaurant, café and bakery with heart — nestled in the picturesque village of Brvenica near Tetovo. We opened our doors on 21 December 2013 with a simple mission: to bring the true taste of Macedonia to the table.
Our menu reflects the rich Macedonian culinary heritage — from traditional veal under the sač and wood-grilled meats, to fresh homemade bakery with morning banitsa and simit. Everything is prepared with local ingredients, attention to detail, and a love for our guests.
